Intelligent Logistics LLC ("Intelligent Logistics," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (the "Site") and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use the Site.

Information you provide

  • Contact and quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, and any details you include when requesting a quote or contacting us;
  • Shipment information: pickup and delivery addresses, contacts, and details about the goods being shipped; and
  • Correspondence: records of your communications with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits, which may be collected through cookies or similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes;
  • Arrange, perform, and manage our logistics and delivery services;
  • Process transactions and send related information such as confirmations and invoices;
  • Communicate with you about your shipments, our services, and updates;
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers and carriers who help us perform the Services (for example, carriers, warehousing partners, and IT or payment providers), only to the extent necessary to carry out those functions;
  • Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Intelligent Logistics, our customers, or others; and
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third parties. See section 8.

4. Cookies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices & rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you marketing communications, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws. We will respond to requests consistent with applicable law.

8. Text messaging (SMS)

We run two separate text message programs, and you choose each one with its own checkbox on our quote request form: service messages and marketing messages. Neither box is checked for you, checking one does not enroll you in the other, and leaving both unchecked does not affect your quote or our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.

What we send

Service messages, if you check the service box:

  • Account notifications: account and billing alerts;
  • Customer care: quote responses and replies to your support questions; and
  • Delivery notifications: pickup, dispatch, driver ETA, and delivery updates.

Marketing messages, if you check the marketing box: new lane and service announcements, seasonal capacity and rate offers, and company news.

How often

Service message frequency varies with your quote requests and active shipments. Marketing messages are limited to 4 per month.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at office@intelligentlogisticsny.com or (929) 305-1950. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and then no further texts in that program. You can also opt out, or leave only one of the two programs, by contacting us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What we keep

When you opt in we record your mobile number, which box or boxes you checked, the date and time of each, the wording shown, and the page you used, so that we can show you asked to hear from us and so that we can honor an opt-out.

Your mobile information is not shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
